Russian Paper Sculptures

Thanks to friend Gabby who turned me onto Russian paper artists Alexei Lyapunov and Lena Ehrlich at peopletoo.ru

I just love the whimsical-ness of the tiny sculptures. In addition, check out these 'de-faced' music sheets. This makes me want to find those much hated music sheets from when I was a kid pounding away at classical piano (srsly, I've got crooked fingers from that) and turn those into something fun and colorful like these cute illustrations.

Lastly, a peek at their tools.

ATL Airport, Finally!

I came across this paper fashion exhibit at the Atlanta airport. Some of the pieces look just simply light and gossamer. I’ll just let the images speak for themselves.

Looks like I need to plan a trip to Georgia Tech to check out this paper museum huh?
